My approach is holistic, nurturing and neuroscience based. Your lifestyle, surroundings, baby’s brain development, your brain development, nervous system regulation and more all matter equally to me.
You will learn how to trust your intuition, make decisions that are best for you and your baby, and always be true to yourself.
We will prepare you for a nurtured pregnancy.
You will get tools to help regulate yourself in challenging situations.
You will learn how to nurture yourself and your baby through birth and immediately after birth, no matter how you give birth.
Finally, you will feel empowered to dive into the postnatal journey, knowing how to support your baby’s developing brain, and your own.
Everything you will learn is neuroscience and nurture based. What you learn and the tools you will receive are all science backed and proven to work.
