nurture neuroscience practitioner
nurturing your baby is the best gift you can give them, and yourself
Motherhood & fatherhood is a journey, and one of the most important transformations of your life. When a baby is born, so is a mother and father.
In today’s (western) low-nurture world, which sets parents (especially mothers) up to fail, it can be hard to follow your intuition and nurture your baby. We are overwhelmed with advice about sleep training, raising ‘independent’ babies, detaching from them, and so much more.
These practices are harmful to babies’ development and create a foundation for mental health problems later in life. They are also harmful to mothers (or primary caregivers) and their mental health.
In our sessions I will give you all the science behind why nurture is so important for babies and their parents, exercises and practical examples; you will learn how to trust your intuition and tune out societal pressures, and get full support in nurturing your baby as much as possible. There is no such thing as “spoiling” a baby.
These sessions are designed for mothers, fathers, adoptive parents, or any other primary caregivers of babies 0-3 years.
